Who you are contracting with

Quotes

The price shown at the end of the online quote is based on the details you enter: address, services selected, approximate size and the condition you describe. It is an offer for that described scope.

• If the property differs materially from what was described — a much larger area, heavier staining, damaged surfaces, blocked access — we will tell you the revised price before starting and you may decline without charge.
• Quotes are valid for [to be confirmed: quote validity period].
• Prices may differ for severe weather or special-condition risk.

Booking and payment

• A 50% deposit is required to hold an appointment window.
• The balance is due on completion. A tip is optional and never assumed.
• Appointment windows are estimates. Weather, equipment or an overrunning earlier job can move a visit; we will contact you if it does.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

What you agree to provide

• Safe access to the work area, and to an outdoor water supply and power where the service needs it.
• Vehicles, furniture, pets and children kept clear of the work area during the visit.
• Notice of anything fragile, damaged, leaking or recently repaired near the work area.
• Permission to perform the work if you are not the property owner.

Limits of the work

Cleaning removes dirt and organic growth. It cannot reverse oxidation, etching, rust bleed, prior sealer failure, permanent staining or existing damage, and some surfaces cannot be fully restored. We will tell you when we expect a limited result rather than promise one. We are not responsible for pre-existing defects, loose mortar, failed seals, unsecured fittings, or damage caused by conditions we were not told about.

Photos

We take before and after photos of the work area as a record of the job. If you would rather we did not use any photo of your property in marketing, tell us and we will not.

Liability

Governing law
