What we collect

We only ask for what we need to quote and perform the work:

• Property details — the service address, the surfaces or areas to be cleaned, their approximate size and condition, and any notes you add. We need these to calculate a price and plan the visit.
• Contact details — your name, email and phone number, so we can confirm the appointment window and reach you on the day.
• Account details — if you choose to create an account, your email and sign-in credentials, held by our authentication provider.
• Job records — appointment history, job status, and before/after photos of the work area where photos are taken.
• Referral code — if you use one, so credit can be applied to the right account.

We do not ask for a date of birth, a social security number, or any government ID. Card details are never stored on our systems; when online payment is enabled it will be handled by a payment processor.

Why we use it

• To produce your quote and confirm or decline a booking.
• To carry out the service, including reaching you about access or weather.
• To take deposits and balances, and to issue refunds or credits.
• To keep service history and photos so repeat work can be priced fairly.
• To meet tax, accounting and legal record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only with what they need: our website and database hosting provider, our authentication provider, and — once enabled — a payment processor and a messaging provider for appointment confirmations. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

This site currently embeds no third-party widgets, maps, chat tools or video players. Any that are added in future will be listed here and in our Cookie Policy before they go live.

Marketing messages

We only contact you about a quote, booking or service you asked for. We will not add you to a marketing list without asking first, and any promotional email or text will include a way to opt out. Calls and texts follow applicable U.S. telemarketing rules.

How long we keep it
